Introduction

Baiyang Group is one of the four major brands in China’s instant noodle market, with a revenue of 9.175 billion yuan as of the first half of 2024. We have partnered with its Shanxi branch to provide them with outstanding freight lifts.

Other Configuration Details

The freight lift is equipped with several types of doors to enhance its functionality and safety.

First, there is one non-linked fire shutter door, which is designed to provide fire protection. Additionally, two sets of linked shutter doors are installed, allowing for coordinated operation. There is also one electric cut-off door (barrier style) that is integrated with the fire door system.

All door openings have a height of 2.5 meters and a width of 1.8 meters. The fire door is installed on the first floor, near the road, while the shutter doors are located on both the first and second floors, close to the workshop area. The two sets of linked shutter doors are connected to the platform, facilitating efficient loading and unloading.

This setup is specifically designed for Baiyang Food’s raw material warehouse, enabling the vertical transport and elevation of raw materials. The equipment has been in operation for over a year and is used frequently by the customer. Currently, all systems are functioning normally.
