Work Positioning Equipment
Pneumatic and hydraulic scissor tables, industrial tilters, and manual turntables keep the work within the “power zone” of the worker during pallet build-up and break-down, parts handling, and other assembly and positioning tasks.
Bin and Basket Positioning Tilters
Industrial tilters are used in a workstation to tilt wire, wood, metal bins, or parts baskets toward the operator to minimize reaching and bending.
Chassis “Skillet” Lifts
Hydraulic scissor lifts with mechanical locking mechanisms are used with special lift fixtures to hold and vary the height of a vehicle chassis throughout the assembly process.
End-of-line Truck Lifts
System of multiple scissor tables is used to raise varying truck cab models off the floor-mounted drag-chain conveyor line to complete the assembly process and drive the cabs to the shipping area.
