15-tons hydraulisch kantelplatform voor koelapparatuur

POSTED: 10/25/2024

Introduction

The overhead crane lifts the refrigeration equipment onto the tilting platform, where the equipment is rotated 90 degrees from a standing position to a horizontal position before being lifted away by the crane.

The sides of the tilting platform are equipped with protective guardrails and fixed tie-downs, allowing the product to be secured with ropes to prevent it from sliding off the sides and onto the ground.

Our Solution

  1. Automated Turning System: Implement a hydraulic tilting platform that automatically rotates the equipment, reducing reliance on manual cranes and minimizing risks associated with manual handling.
  2. Safety Design: Ensure the tilting platform is equipped with protective guardrails and fixed tie-downs to secure the equipment during the turning and transportation processes. This prevents the equipment from slipping off and reduces the risk of damage and personal injury.
  3. Training and Protocols: Provide comprehensive training for operators to ensure they understand the safety protocols and operational procedures for using the equipment. This will help minimize accidents caused by improper handling.
  4. Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish a regular inspection and maintenance schedule to ensure that both the tilting platform and the crane equipment are functioning properly. This proactive approach can prevent breakdowns that could lead to production delays and legal liabilities.
  5. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards in the workplace. Implement appropriate preventive measures based on these assessments to maintain a safe working environment.

By adopting these measures, businesses can effectively replace manual cranes, significantly reduce risks during the turning process, ensure the safety of both equipment and personnel, and enhance overall production efficiency.
