Used for unloading heavy equipment, this compact high-capacity scissor lift effectively addresses the height difference between vehicles and loading docks. Its design allows for stable lifting in confined spaces, ensuring that heavy equipment can be safely and smoothly moved onto the unloading platform. With quick and efficient lifting operations, workers can easily load and unload equipment, enhancing work efficiency.

Technical Requirements

Height Adjustment: The height can be adjusted and stopped at any point between 0.85 to 2 meters.
Battery: 48V battery, with a working duration of ≥ 3 hours.
Electric Wheels: Equipped with 48V 1500W drive wheels; the four wheels can support the platform’s empty weight. Design dimensions need to be confirmed by technical specifications.
Hydraulic Support Legs: Four electric hydraulic legs can support a total load of 20 tons; one motor operates at 48V, and final specifications need to be confirmed by technical specifications.
Retractable Guardrails: Two retractable guardrails extend to 1.8 meters on both sides, with foldable guardrails. When lowered, the height is within 0.8 meters; when raised, the height is 1.2 meters. The guardrails use spring-loaded pins for extension and are secured with a bolt when upright.
Power Safety: The electric wheels stop working when the lift platform is powered off, and the electric wheels are disabled during the lift’s operation.
