Safety Requirement

1. anti-fall chain: hydraulic system set mechanical anti-fall device, upper and lower interactive chain, upper and lower and lifting platform workbench set operation buttons, upper and lower forklift drivers equipped with remote control (upper 2, lower 2).

2. emergency stop button: upper and lower floor countertops, remote control are equipped with emergency stop button.

3. platform lifting control: only the lower table/remote control can control the platform lifting.

4. the opening and closing of the security door: the upper table/remote control can only control the opening/closing of the upper level security door, and the lower table/remote control can only control the opening/closing of the lower level security door.

5. close the door reminder: when the upper safety door is closed, the lower level personnel can issue a reminder of door closure, and the lower level personnel can perform the operation of closing the door and lifting the platform.

6. closed-door chain power-on: after the upper and lower doors are closed, the lifting system can supply power and perform lifting operations.

7. open the door and power off: When the next door is opened, the lifting platform circuit is closed.

8. lifting sound and light prompt, alarm: lifting platform falling sound and light prompt; Audible and visual alarm when overloaded or running fault.
